I have a complaint about the furniture supplied and have been trying to get the matter resolved. I even wrote a letter to the CEO which was signed for on delivery and they have not even had the courtesy to reply. I would steer clear of this company

I bought a bike from them and after a week, the bike is broken. Went back to get it fixed, they said the replacement part needs a week to arrive. Two weeks and couple days later and the part still hasn’t arrived yet. Rubbish customer service. Raised complaints several times in the three weeks period but no replies back. DISGRACEFUL
Great service received from Oak Furniture store recently. I ordered it last Friday, and the table and chairs arrived yesterday and are perfect. Simple ordering process too! A+++

Keller have been improving the road system by our house now for the past few months and as ourselves and a few of our neighbours are right in the middle of their workplace I was sure before they started that we would be inconvenienced in some way and I really worried about it at the time.
Once they had started work I was very impressed by just how professional they have been and they have bent over backwards to ensure that we have been bothered as little as possible and I am very grateful for this.
I thought that they would be causing havoc beforehand with noise from the site and so on but that could not have been further from the truth and apart from the general noise during the day they have been brilliant.
