My better half had been at me to get her a dishwasher for ages as she was finding it hard to keep up with all the daily tasks inbetween work and what have you so I thought I would explore my options. After browsing the internet for an hour or so and visiting various online stores I finally came across the Empire Direct website and am I glad I did. I found the collection of items that were on the Empire Direct website to be vastly superior to their competitors and were extremely well priced in comparison.
I purchased a Bosch dishwasher which was small enough to fit on a kitchen work surface as I did not have the time to fit a normal sized one. As soon as I got it and tried it out the first time I was so impressed by the quality of the item as I had previous experience of dishwashers and many of them did not even clean the plates properly. This Bosch dishwasher though cleaned the plates so well I thought they were brand new and was very quiet in the process which was brilliant.
It has helped me do away with the constant moaning of the wife as she is now a happy bunny. Highly recommended.
My new Hoover washing machine arrived last week from Empire Direct But unfortunately it had been damaged in transit by the couriers. I contacted Empire Direct immediately and explained the situation and the staff who I spoke to were very helpful and understanding of my problem.
Straight away they offered me a solution of having a replacement delivered and the damaged machines collected and I agreed without hesitation. I was told my new machine would be delivered within forty eight hours and low and behold the delivery came exactly when it was expected and the damaged one was collected. After many years of shopping online I have never had a more relaxed experience when dealing with damaged items and cannot stress enough how happy I was with the service from Empire Direct.
I only wish all online companies would treat their customers as good as this company do as nothing seemed to be a problem for them and they were more than helpful. I would say if you are looking for one of the best customer service experiences and helpfulness then you should choose Empire Direct any day of the week. A+++++++
