I bought a bike from them and after a week, the bike is broken. Went back to get it fixed, they said the replacement part needs a week to arrive. Two weeks and couple days later and the part still hasn’t arrived yet. Rubbish customer service. Raised complaints several times in the three weeks period but no replies back. DISGRACEFUL
I Purchased a Carrera Virago bike two weeks ago from Halfords and was very impressed by the overall service I received. I used their reserve and collect service as I had seen the bike I wanted on their website as I do not get much time to shop during the day due to my work hours.
Once I had reserved the item I visited the store on the Saturday and provided them with my reservation number and waited for my item to arrive. Within five minutes the helpful member of staff brought out the bike I had ordered all boxed up and ready to go. Once I arrived home I set about setting up the bike which was made very simple by the step by step instructions provided and did not take me more than forty minutes.
The bike is of very high quality and seems to be in perfect condition. The bike is worth every penny so far and I am am more than happy with my whole Halfords experience.
