Disgusting company get you to send your perfectly good phone that i paid 600 pound for samsung zflip3 and they agreed 100 pound and now say screen not working and offered nil. This is fraud and they will sell these phones on as refurb phones for profit. They best send my phone back or else im going to the police.
Neve Campbell lets down the flow of the radio day, she talks about her kids all the time, tells us her name after almost every set of songs and loves to tell us how lavish her lifestyle is!

I bought a large sideboard from this company. Customer services really are “NOT” they totally ignore pictures & videos one sends regarding a complaint.
I will never buy from this company ever again .
I have a complaint about the furniture supplied and have been trying to get the matter resolved. I even wrote a letter to the CEO which was signed for on delivery and they have not even had the courtesy to reply. I would steer clear of this company

I bought a bike from them and after a week, the bike is broken. Went back to get it fixed, they said the replacement part needs a week to arrive. Two weeks and couple days later and the part still hasn’t arrived yet. Rubbish customer service. Raised complaints several times in the three weeks period but no replies back. DISGRACEFUL

What a great deal from HMV!
Got this DVD Boxset last week as I have been meaning to watch the West Wing series for ages but did not realise I could get them all so cheap.
The series is phenomenal and I have so enjoyed it and it was worth every single penny.
HMV were great throughout and delivered the DVD set very quickly to my door without any problem which is why I always use them.

I had been waiting for ages for the new Twilight Breaking Dawn DVD to be released so thought I would pay for a pre order DVD from Hmv so I would get it on the same day it was released. I did have reservations of doing this as last time I reserved an item on pre order for some reason they made a mistake and did not send it and it took me over a week extra until i finally received it so was a bit sceptical.
I thought what the hell and took the plunge so ordered my DVD from Hmv and hoped for the best. On the day of the release of the DVD I awoke to the lovely sound of the letterbox and guess what was there? yes you were right my DVD and I was so happy. I cannot recommend the service from Hmv enough and would advise all of you to use Hmv for all your pre orders as they are fantastic.
Last month I decided to buy an Xbox 360 console from the HMV website is they had some excellent bundle deals available at that time. I filled out and completed the order, paid for the item and then waited for delivery. Once the console arrived I noticed immediately that one of the games in the bundle was missing so I contacted their customer service helpline straight away.
Within a couple of minutes I was through to one of their customer advisor’s who was very helpful once I had explained the situation and was told that the game would be sent out to me that day. After many dealings online I was not very hopeful of receiving my game quickly as I had been let down by other companies on many occasions.
I awoke the next morning to a knock on the door and low and behold me game had arrived which I was incredibly happy about. HMV by far are the best online store I have ever dealt with and made the whole process so much easier than their counterparts in the industry. I would definitely recommend HMV to whoever is thinking of using them as I for one will sure be back for more.
