I recently received a catalogue through my door from Littlewoods and put it on the side and left it there unopened for two weeks as I was not planning on buying anything and did not need any items at the time.
After the two weeks I came down one morning and found that my kettle had broken so obviously I needed to buy another. As I was preparing to go to town which was quite difficult at the time as I was just recovering from a hip injury I noticed the catalogue on the side and thought I would look to see what they had on offer. As I looked through the pages I remember thinking how impressed I was on the amount of items they had and the price of them as well as the chance to spread the payments over a longer period of time.
I found the kettle that I liked and thought to hell with it and contacted the Littlewoods customer service team via the number that was provided. I was greeted by a very happy young gentleman who took me through the whole application process and before I knew it I was all ready to place my order. I placed the order and was told it would be with me within a few days, to my happy surprise the next morning I received a knock at my door and my kettle had arrived. The parcel was very well wrapped and the item was in perfect condition and I have not had any problems with it at all.
I am extremely happy with the service that was provided by Littlewoods and will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend Littlewoods to anyone and hope you have a great experience like I have.
