Disgusting company get you to send your perfectly good phone that i paid 600 pound for samsung zflip3 and they agreed 100 pound and now say screen not working and offered nil. This is fraud and they will sell these phones on as refurb phones for profit. They best send my phone back or else im going to the police.

It is cheap furniture!
I bought a large sideboard from this company. Customer services really are “NOT” they totally ignore pictures & videos one sends regarding a complaint.
I will never buy from this company ever again .
I have a complaint about the furniture supplied and have been trying to get the matter resolved. I even wrote a letter to the CEO which was signed for on delivery and they have not even had the courtesy to reply. I would steer clear of this company

I bought a bike from them and after a week, the bike is broken. Went back to get it fixed, they said the replacement part needs a week to arrive. Two weeks and couple days later and the part still hasn’t arrived yet. Rubbish customer service. Raised complaints several times in the three weeks period but no replies back. DISGRACEFUL
I recently was invited to a wedding so after choosing the dress that I thought was right for the occasion I was of course in need of some matching shoes to finish off the outfit.
I came across the Schuh website by chance really and was immediately impressed by the sheer amount of shoes as well as these shoes being far cheaper than many other websites I had visited.
After a short while looking I finally found the shoes that were best for my outfit which were a pair of Schuh Sunshine Jewelled T-Bar shoes which were priced at £29.99 at the time.
I proceeded to order them and received them the very next day which I thought was great service considering I did not order them until gone two o’clock so did not expect them for at least couple of days.
The shoes themselves are absolutely fantastic and suited my outfit perfectly and I am just so happy I found this wonderful website to get them from.
I will sure be back for more in the near future and cannot thank the Schuh Company enough.
I have purchased many items of footwear from this website over the past couple of years and have found them to be extremely competent in every aspect of their service.
Their items are some of the cheapest priced I have found and do not lack in quality in any way, shape or form and are just as good as anywhere else.
They also deliver the items very quickly also with an average delivery time within two to three days.

The trainers are very well made as you would expect from Converse and they arrived at my door very quickly from the time I ordered them which is always a bonus.
