Disgusting company get you to send your perfectly good phone that i paid 600 pound for samsung zflip3 and they agreed 100 pound and now say screen not working and offered nil. This is fraud and they will sell these phones on as refurb phones for profit. They best send my phone back or else im going to the police.

I bought a large sideboard from this company. Customer services really are “NOT” they totally ignore pictures & videos one sends regarding a complaint.
I will never buy from this company ever again .
I have a complaint about the furniture supplied and have been trying to get the matter resolved. I even wrote a letter to the CEO which was signed for on delivery and they have not even had the courtesy to reply. I would steer clear of this company

I bought a bike from them and after a week, the bike is broken. Went back to get it fixed, they said the replacement part needs a week to arrive. Two weeks and couple days later and the part still hasn’t arrived yet. Rubbish customer service. Raised complaints several times in the three weeks period but no replies back. DISGRACEFUL
Recently purchased a Toshiba 40TL868B 40″ Full HD 3D Ready LED TV in Black for £514.99 and have been incredibly impressed by the whole service and product I have received.
When I first got the television I was immediately impressed by the overall look of it as it was very slick and fashionable and looked like something out of a science fiction film. The first film I watched using the 3D feature was the Saw 3D film which I had the pleasure of watching in 3D at the cinema and I can honestly say that the 3D effects that were used in the cinema were not a patch on they way my new television showed them. It was as if the whole movie came to life and was far better than the cinema.
I am really happy with the whole service and product I received from the Co-Operative and will definitely be using them again for all of my electrical items.
Review of Delonghi EC152 Pump Espresso Coffee Maker In Black.
I purchased this coffee maker from the Co-Operative last month and have found it to be one of the best I have ever had by along way.
The coffee maker itself is made from high quality materials and seems to be one that will last for a long time not like many of the cheaper models I have had before.
It is very quick in the way it brews coffees and the taste does not have an metallic or plastic taste like the cheaper ones so I am very very happy.
The service from the Co-Operative was just as good as the product as I received it the day after I had ordered it from Citylink.
Overall this was a great shopping experience so I would like to recommend the Co-Operative to any online shopper.
